This Messaging Service Privacy Policy explains how Marvin at 7Tide (Marvin Lumber and Cedar Company LCC, and their affiliates) collects, uses, and shares personal information about you in relation to our text message marketing program (the "Messaging Services"). This Messaging Service Privacy Policy supplements our Website privacy policy. For more details, see the section titles “Website Privacy Policy” below.

Changes to the Messaging Services Privacy Policy
We may revise this Messaging Services Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Messaging Services Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by applicable law. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Messaging Services Privacy Policy if you continue to use the Messaging Services after the new Messaging Services Privacy Policy takes effect.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties."
