"As a manufacturing engineer at Marvin, it’s our role to make jobs easier while maintaining the quality of the product. It’s never boring as we are faced with new challenges every day. We are the ones that people call when there’s an issue on the floor that needs to be resolved.

"As a freshly graduated engineer, the opportunities available to me within Marvin are endless. In my short time, I have already had the chance to assist a kaizen event and support a production area relocation. There are so many facets that I can explore and an amazing group of people willing to support me.
